§ 235-1 Abandoned iceboxes, refrigerators or other containers.

It shall be unlawful for any person to leave an abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or other container of any kind outside of any building or dwelling in a place accessible to children without first removing the door or doors from such icebox, refrigerator or other containers.
