A.
No person(s) shall maliciously, willfully or negligently
break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance
or equipment which is a part of the wastewater facilities or make any unauthorized
use of the facilities. Any person(s) violating this provision shall be subject
to prosecution under the New York State Penal Law provisions, including but
not limited to those relating to theft of services, destruction of public
property and criminal mischief.
B.
No person(s) shall violate any of the provisions of this
chapter. Any persons(s) violating the provisions or regulations of this chapter
shall be guilty of a violation as defined in the New York State Penal Law
and be subject to a fine of not more than $250 and to imprisonment for not
more than 15 days. Each day in violation shall be deemed a separate and distinct
violation.
The provisions, standards and regulations set forth in § 307
of Public Law 92-500, which are now in effect and which may be promulgated
and amended, are hereby adopted as part of this chapter and shall be enforced
in the manner set forth above.
