It is the intention of the Town Board of the Town of Warwick, pursuant to § 130, Subdivision 7, of the Town Law of the State of New York,[1] to make rules and regulations regarding the parking of vehicles on Town roads as follows in order to promote the public health, safety and welfare of the Town and its inhabitants.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle upon or within the bounds of a road in the Town of Warwick known as both "Lakeside Road" and "Lake Shore Road," on either side of said street from the intersection of said street and New York Highway Route 210 in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 450 feet.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle upon or within the bounds of a road in the Town of Warwick known as "East Shore Road," also known as "Sterling Forest Road," also known as "Sterling Forest Avenue," on either side of said street between the Village of Greenwood Lake corporation line and the intersection of Lake Shore Drive.
Any violation of this article shall result in a fine not to exceed $25 for each violation.
