A fee of $30 shall be charged for the well permit.
No fee shall be charged for the certificate of compliance. The form of the certificate of compliance shall be as prescribed by the Building Department.
Further, the application fee of $30 shall be waived whenever the well permit being applied for is in connection with the application for a building permit for new construction.
