A.
Any person, firm or corporation who commits an offense
against, disobeys, neglects or refuses to comply with or resists the
enforcement of any of the provisions of the Subdivision Control Law
of the Village of West Carthage shall, upon conviction, be deemed
guilty of a violation. Each violation is an offense punishable by
a fine of not less than $100 nor exceeding $500. Each week an offense
is continued shall be deemed a separate violation of this chapter.
B.
In addition to the penalties provided above, the Village
Board may also maintain an action or proceeding in the name of the
Village in a court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance
with or to restrain by injunction the violation of this chapter.
The Village Clerk is hereby directed to forthwith
file a certified copy of this chapter with the Clerk of Jefferson
County.
