It is found and determined by the Borough Council of the Borough of Lake City that the keeping or maintaining of any cows, fowl, pigs, hogs, horses, ponies, and sheep within the Borough constitutes as public nuisance.

It shall be hereafter unlawful for any person to keep or maintain within the Borough any cows, fowl, pigs, hogs, horses, ponies and sheep.

Each day of violation of any of the provisions of this article shall be a separate violation hereof Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine or penalty of not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense, plus any recoverable cost, to be collected as fines or penalties are recoverable by law.
