A. 
No person shall operate or cause to be operated on private property any source of sound in such a manner as to create a sound level which exceeds the limits set forth for the receiving land use category in Table I[1] when measured at or within the property boundary of the receiving land use.

B. 
No person shall suffer an impulsive sound to be transmitted to a receiving property category under § 95-3B of 80 dBA unless governed by exception or having obtained variance.
For any source of sound which emits a pure tone or impulsive sound, the maximum sound level limits set forth in Table I shall be reduced by five dBA.
