Effective immediately, Lower Frederick Township
hereby appoints the locally elected Tax Collector as the municipal
officer authorized to provide duplicate tax bills upon request by
the public and hereby authorizes said tax collector to assess, collect
and retain, as compensation for providing such additional service,
such fees as the Township shall approve by resolution duly adopted
at a public meeting by a majority of the Board of Supervisors.
