A female is guilty of exposure when, in a public place in the Village of Lynbrook, she appears clothed or costumed in such a manner that the portion of her breast below the top of the areola is not covered with a full opaque covering. Exposure of a female is a violation.
A person is guilty of promoting the exposure of a female in the Village of Lynbrook when he knowingly conducts, maintains, owns, manages, operates or furnishes any public premises or place where a female appears clothed or costumed in such a manner that the portion of her breast below the top of the areola is not covered with a fully opaque covering. Promoting the exposure of a female is a violation.
A person convicted of a violation of this chapter is punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 15 days or by a fine in an amount not exceeding double the amount of the defendant's gain from the commission of the offense or by a fine not exceeding the amount of $250, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
