§ 11-1 Authority to issue. [1]

The Zoning Administration Officer is authorized to issue appearance tickets in the administration and enforcement of Chapter 275, Zoning, of the Code of the Town of Sullivan, the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code,[2] and any other statute, local law, ordinance, rule or regulation relating to fire prevention and safety, health and sanitation, and building, zoning and planning.
