There is hereby enacted a chapter known as the "Air Pollution Control
Code of the Borough of Netcong."
The model form of the Local Air Pollution Control Ordinance has been
approved by the State Department of Environmental Protection in accordance
with the provisions of the New Jersey Air Pollution Control Act, N.J.S.A.
26:2C-1 et seq., and amendments thereto.
Three copies of said ordinance are on file in the office of the Municipal
Clerk for the use of and examination by the general public and shall remain
on file in said office as long as this chapter is in effect.
