The fee for certified copies of birth, death and marriage certificates shall be $5 each.

The fee for a marriage license shall be $28.
A. 
The fee for a copy of the Zoning Ordinance shall be $10.
B. 
The fee for a copy of the Code of the Borough of Netcong shall be $65.
C. 
The fee for a copy of the Master Plan shall be $10.

A. 
The fee for a bulky waste sticker shall be $20 per bulky waste item.
B. 
The fee for a sticker to collect a window air conditioner with the Freon appropriately removed shall be $10.
C. 
The fee for a tire removal sticker shall be $15 per tire.

Non-life-hazard inspection fees. The inspection fee for fire prevention non-life-hazard annual inspections shall be as follows:
A. 
Premises under 3,000 square feet: $65.
B. 
Premises over 3,000 square feet and under 6,000 square feet: $150.
C. 
Premises over 6,000 square feet and under 12,000 square feet: $250.
D. 
Premises over 12,000 square feet: $400.
E. 
Multilevel premises with up to and including three stories: $250.
F. 
Multifamily dwellings (R-2 as defined in the Uniform Construction Code): $75.
G. 
Garages or storage areas within multifamily dwelling units: $40 per area.

The fees for lead-based paint inspections in residential rental dwellings shall be:
A. 
New Jersey certified lead-paint inspector/risk assessor inspection: $550.
B. 
NJ DCA required inspection fee: $20/inspection.
C. 
Lead wipe sample analysis (where required). The number of wipe samples will be determined by what is required by the State of New Jersey: $35/wipe sample analysis.
