A.Â
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any of the
following defined recreational vehicles on any residential property or street
within the Borough of Netcong, except in accordance with the provisions of
this chapter.

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have
the meanings indicated:
A separate vehicle designed for human habitation and which can be
attached or detached from a pickup truck.
A vehicular, portable dwelling structure designed to be used for
recreational purposes. This includes a travel trailer, so identified by the
manufacturer; a pickup camper; a folding tent trailer; and a motorized camper
where the camping portion is an integral part of the self-propelled vehicle.
A self-contained vehicle designed for human habitation, with its
own motive power and with a passageway from the body of the home to the driver's
and front passenger's seat.
A vehicle without motive power designed for carrying persons or property
on its own and to be drawn by a vehicle with motive power. The term "trailer"
shall include but shall not be limited to horse trailers, boat trailers and
skimobile trailers.

No person, firm or corporation shall park a truck, trailer, motor home,
camper-trailer, camper or pickup truck with a registered gross vehicle weight
in excess of 1Â 1/2 tons upon any road, street or highway in any residential
area within the Borough of Netcong.
It shall be unlawful to occupy any camper-trailer or motor home for
living or sleeping purposes or to cause any such vehicle to be connected to
electric, water, gas or sanitary sewer facilities anywhere within the Borough,
except in a duly established trailer park maintained in accordance with the
ordinances of the Borough of Netcong.

No camper, camper-trailer, motor home, pickup truck exceeding
a registered gross vehicle weight of 1Â 1/2 tons, trailer or truck shall
be stored in any front yard or in any side yard of any premises within any
residential zone within the Borough of Netcong; provided, however, that said
vehicles may be stored within that area, within the rear yard of premises,
formed by the extension of the side building line to the rear lot line so
long as the vehicle does not protrude into the side yard requirements as set
forth in any applicable ordinance within the Borough.

In the event that an individual is unable to meet the requirements of Subsection A of this section, he may apply to the Mayor and Borough Council for permission to store said vehicle in the side yard of the premises. Upon a showing of such inability and the approval of a majority of all present members of the Council, permission may be granted to store said vehicle in the side yard of the premises.
