B.
The Registrar of Vital Statistics of the Borough shall
keep a record of all marriages, civil unions, domestic partnerships,
births and deaths and shall report to the appropriate authorities
as required by law. The fee for certified or certification copies
of marriages, civil unions, domestic partnerships, birth or death
certificates shall be $15 each.
C.
For any search of files and records of marriages,
civil unions, domestic partnerships, births or deaths when the correct
year is supplied by the applicant, the Registrar shall be entitled
to a fee as provided by N.J.S.A. 26:8-64.
For marriage, civil union or domestic partnership
ceremonies performed by the Mayor of Oceanport, the fee shall be $100.
