A. 
The following is established as the fee to be paid for an event requiring road closure or traffic control on any roadways within the Borough of Oceanport.
(1) 
Event involving one to two roads: $100 per day.
(2) 
Event involving two to five roads: $200 per day.
(3) 
Event involving five to 10 roads: $300 per day.
(4) 
Event involving 10 or more roads: $500 per day.

A. 
The following are established as the fees to be paid for the use of a Borough of Oceanport boat ramp at Blackberry Bay Park:
(1) 
The daily use fee for putting in and retrieving a boat:
(a) 
Residents: $10.
(b) 
Nonresidents: $20.
(2) 
A seasonal use permit allowing for unlimited use by a single boat shall be:
(a) 
Residents: $50.
(b) 
Nonresidents: $100.

Turf fields.
(1) 
Full field.
(a) 
Resident fee: $100 per hour.
(b) 
Nonresident fee: $125 per hour.
(2) 
Half field.
(a) 
Residents: $50 per hour.
(b) 
Nonresidents: $75 per hour.
(3) 
No charge for recognized youth sports organizations and/or school athletic teams/events.
B. 
All other facility uses.
(1) 
Resident fee: $35 per activity (two-hour minimum increments).
(2) 
Nonresident fee: $70 per activity (two-hour minimum increments).

A. 
The following is established as the fee to be paid for a nonmunicipal sponsored event requiring a first aid and/or Fire Department presence:

(1) 
Event hours one through four: $500 per department utilized.
(2) 
Events greater than four hours: $150 per hour per department.
(3) 
Payments shall be made directly to the organization supplying the services.
B. 
The above fees may be waived or reduced by the governing body subject to good cause.
