There is hereby established and dedicated to the residents of Oceanport
a park to be known as "Trinity Place Park."
The boundaries of Trinity Place Park are a portion of Lot 3B in Block
83 and are more particularly described as follows:

in the Borough of Oceanport in the County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey,
more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the existing southeasterly line of Main Street
where the same is intersected by the northeasterly property line of Lot 2,
Block 83, of the Tax Map of the Borough of Oceanport, thence.

The boundaries of Maria Gatta Community Park are Lot 26.02, Block 88
and are more particularly described as follows:

the Borough of Oceanport, in the County of Monmouth, in the State of New Jersey
more particularly described on the attached Schedule A description.[1]
