There is hereby established and dedicated to the residents of Oceanport a park to be known as "Trinity Place Park."
The boundaries of Trinity Place Park are a portion of Lot 3B in Block 83 and are more particularly described as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Borough of Oceanport in the County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey, more particularly described as follows:
Description of a portion of a parcel of land known as Lot 3B, Block 83, as shown on the Tax Map of the Borough of Oceanport and as shown on a map entitled "Sketch Plat Trinity Place Subdivision, Lot 3B, Block 83, situate in the Borough of Oceanport, Monmouth County, New Jersey, Scale 1" = 60', February 1, 1973, revised April 3, 1973," prepared by Ackerman Ney Associates, Consulting Engineer and Planners, 71 West Main Street, Freehold, New Jersey 07728, signed by August F. Postel P.E. & L.S., License No. 3249, State of New Jersey:
Beginning at a point in the existing southeasterly line of Main Street where the same is intersected by the northeasterly property line of Lot 2, Block 83, of the Tax Map of the Borough of Oceanport, thence.

Along the existing southeasterly line of Main Street on a bearing of North 49° 15' East 99 feet to a point, said point being the northwest corner of Lot 3A, Block 83, of the aforesaid Tax Map; thence

South 39° 45' East along the southwesterly property line of Lot 3A aforesaid, 167.35 feet to a point, said point being the southerly quarter of Lot 3A aforesaid; thence

North 49° 15' East along the southeasterly property line of Lot 3A aforesaid 73.76 feet to a point in the southwesterly property line of Lot 11, Block 83, of the aforesaid Tax Map; thence

South 39° 45' East along the southwesterly property line of Lot 11, Block 83, aforesaid and the southwesterly right-of-way line of Trinity Place and the southwesterly property line of Lot 12, Block 83, aforesaid 316.72 feet to a point, said point being the southerly corner of Lot 12, Block 83, aforesaid; thence

South 49° 15' West along the northwesterly property line of Lot 27, Lot 28-73, Lot 29-72 and Lot 30-71, 172.26 feet to a point, said point being the easterly corner of Lot 33A, Block 83, aforesaid; thence

North 39° 45' West along the northeasterly property line of Lot 33A, Lot 33, Lot 34, Lot 35, Lot 26, Lot 37 and Lot 2, Block 83, aforesaid, 484.07 feet to a point in the southeasterly line of Main Street, the point and place of beginning.
Excepting therefrom the following premises:
Beginning at a point in the existing southeasterly line of Main Street where the same is intersected by the northeasterly property line of Lot 2, Block 83, of the Tax Map of the Borough of Oceanport; thence

Along the existing southeasterly line of Main Street on a bearing of North 49° 15' East 99 feet to a point, said point being the northwest corner of Lot 3A, Block 83, of the aforesaid Tax Map; thence

South 39° 45' East along the southwesterly property line of Lot 3A aforesaid, 162 feet more or less to a point; thence

South 49° 15 West a distance of 99 feet to a point, said point being in the northeasterly line of Block 37, Block 83, thence

North 49° 45' West along the northeasterly line of Lots 37 and 2 in Block 83 a distance of 162 feet more or less to the point or place of beginning.
Containing 16,000 square feet, more or less.

There is hereby established and dedicated to the residents of Oceanport a park to be known as the "Maria Gatta Community Park."
The boundaries of Maria Gatta Community Park are Lot 26.02, Block 88 and are more particularly described as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land and premises situated, lying and being the Borough of Oceanport, in the County of Monmouth, in the State of New Jersey more particularly described on the attached Schedule A description.[1]
