Any agency or organization providing emergency services to the residents of Park Ridge, including but not limited to the Fire and Police Departments and the Tri-Borough Ambulance Corps.

[Amended 3-12-1991 by Ord. No. 91-3]
All buildings and lots of land along the streets of the Borough shall be given a number by the Board of Public Works. Once given a number, it shall be the property owner's responsibility to display said street number on the building as provided in this chapter.
[Amended 7-8-1974 by Ord. No. 74-16; 3-12-1991 by Ord. No. 91-3]
Once a street number has been assigned, the owner or owners shall place the house number at or near the entrance of the house. Such number shall be at least three inches in height. The lettering of numbers, as well as the use of Arabic numerals, is permitted.
[Amended 3-12-1991 by Ord. No. 91-3]
In cases where the property owner shall have failed to ascertain and affix upon any building the number or numbers applicable to said building as provided in §§ 69-2 and 69-3, the Zoning Officer shall serve a notice upon the owner, by personal service or by registered or certified mail addressed to his last known address, to affix the required number within three days after receipt of said notice. In cases where the owner shall have failed or refused to affix said required number within the time provided in the notice, the Zoning Officer shall cause to be affixed to said building the number or numbers applicable to the same. The Zoning Officer shall certify the cost thereof to the Council. Upon receipt of the certificate, the Council shall examine the same and, if found correct, shall cause such cost to be charged to the owner or owners of the land upon which said building is situated. The amount so charged shall thereupon become a lien and tax upon such lands and shall be added to and become part of the taxes next to be levied and assessed upon such lands. Said amount shall bear interest at the same rate and shall be collected and enforced by the same officers and in the same manner as taxes.
A.
Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 69-2 and 69-3 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
[Amended 7-8-1974 by Ord. No. 74-16]
B.
The imposition and collection of the penalty or penalties imposed by Subsection A of this section shall not bar the right of the Borough to collect the costs described in § 69-4 hereof.
