No person shall permit any stone, rock, cinders, dirt, soil, grass, garbage, oil or any other substance, liquid or solid, to fall, spill, leak or be thrown on any public street or sidewalk.
No person shall play football, baseball or any other game which interferes or tends to interfere with the free, unobstructed and safe use by the public of a public street.

No person shall throw or place any stone, rock or other encumbrance upon any street or sidewalk. No person shall park any bicycles, motorcycles or any other vehicle as defined in Chapter 45 upon the sidewalks of any public streets so as to obstruct the flow of pedestrian traffic, nor shall any owner or tenant in possession of any lands abutting or bordering upon the sidewalks of any public streets permit to be parked thereon bicycles, motorcycles or any other vehicle so as to obstruct the flow of pedestrian traffic.
No person shall destroy or attempt to destroy or place or post bills upon or write upon or deface or trespass upon any public property.
No person shall interfere with, deface or mutilate any fire or water hydrant or any apparatus connected therewith which is under the control, supervision or ownership of the Borough.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
