GENERAL REFERENCES

No satellite antenna shall be erected other than on the roof of a building or in the rear yard of a lot.
Not more than one satellite antenna may be erected or maintained on a building lot.
A. 
Excepting its circumference or perimeter, no dimension of a roof-mounted satellite antenna shall exceed two feet and of a ground-mounted antenna, eight feet.
B. 
The height of a roof-mounted antenna shall not exceed the gable or peak elevation of the roof, and the height of a ground-mounted antenna shall not exceed 10 feet above the ground elevation.
A satellite antenna erected in the rear yard of a lot shall be effectively screened from off-site view by plantings or other suitable screening of adequate height and density.
A. 
No satellite antenna shall be constructed or erected except pursuant to a building permit issued by the Construction Code Official pursuant to an application therefor, the said application and permit to conform to the restrictions and standards hereof.
B. 
An application for a satellite antenna permit shall be accompanied by a fee of $100.

Any person who shall violate any provision hereof will be liable, for each violation, for the penalties provided for in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, § 1-14, each week being a separate offense.
