The Borough showmobile may be made available
to rental to other qualified individuals and organizations pursuant
to the rules and regulations established by the Borough Recreation
Committee.

The rental fees for the showmobile shall be
as follows:
A.Â
The rental
fee per day shall be $500 for governmental and nonprofit users and
$750 for all other users ($500 if rented five or more times in a calendar
year).
B.Â
In addition
to the hourly fee, the Borough shall be paid a fee for the delivery,
setup, and return by Borough of Riverdale employees. The fee shall
be set annually by the Borough Council by resolution and shall be
based upon the Borough's costs to provide the required service.
C.Â
There shall
also be an additional mileage charge which shall be set by the Borough
Council annually by resolution.
