A. 
Work performed by an officer for an outside contractor shall be compensated by the contractor at $80 an hour. Work performed by an officer for an outside contractor on a holiday or weekend shall be compensated by the contractor at $100 an hour.
B. 
Outside contractor work assignments shall carry a four-hour minimum pay at the rates of pay as stated in Subsection A above. In the event an outside contractor cancels the employment of a police officer after 6:30 a.m., the contractor guarantees the scheduled police officer four hours' pay at $80 an hour.
C. 
Fee by the Borough to cover benefits and administrative fees (per hour): $20.
D. 
Fee by the Borough for vehicle fees (per hour): $12.50.
E. 
Contractors shall provide an estimate of the number of hours of police service needed and shall deposit a sum in escrow of the amount expected to be necessary to fund the police services. The money deposited shall be held by the Borough in accordance with law.
