The following fees are due and payable upon obtaining required permit or prior to the inspection or other act being performed.
A. 
Commercial septic systems.
(1) 
Alteration permit: $50.
(a) 
Soil witnessing fee: $150.
(2) 
New construction permit: $150.
(a) 
Each inspection over two: $25.
(b) 
Each inspection over four: $75.
(c) 
Soil log witnessing fee: $150.
(3) 
Septic permit renewal: $20.
B. 
Residential septic systems.
(1) 
Alteration and soil log witnessing fee: $100.
(2) 
New construction permit: $100.
(a) 
Each inspection over four: $25.
(b) 
Soil log witnessing fee: $75.
(3) 
Septic permit renewal: $20.
C. 
Well permit application: $80.

Certificate of compliance: $20.

Clinic fees.

There are hereby established the following fees:
A. 
Certified copy of birth certificate: $5 each.
B. 
Certified copy death certificate: $5 each; veterans to receive one certified copy of a death certificate free of charge.
C. 
Certified copy marriage license: $5 each.
D. 
Certified copy of domestic partnership certificate: $5 each.
E. 
Marriage license application/license: $28 each.
F. 
Domestic partnership certificate: $28 each, Subsections E and F, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 37:1-2.
G. 
Burial permit: $5 each.
H. 
Corrections to birth, death, marriage certificates: $12; additional copies: $5 each.
I. 
Search for birth, death, marriage certificates: $10 for first copy; additional copies: $5 each.
