A.
The Borough of Riverton "January 1, 2019 Employee Handbook", copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is
hereby adopted by the Mayor and Council.
B.
A copy of the Employee Handbook is authorized by the Mayor and Council
to be distributed to each Borough employee.
C.
A copy of the Employee Handbook is on file in the Office of the Borough
Clerk.
A copy of the employee handbook is authorized by the Mayor and
Council to be distributed to each Borough employee.
A copy of the employee handbook shall be made by reference a
part of the Code of the Borough.
The employee handbook attached hereto together with any other
contractual agreements governing the employee relationship between
the Borough and its employees shall be the sole document(s) by which
Borough employees are to be guided during the daily exercise of their
work functions for the Borough.
