Any person, persons or corporation making excavations in any street or road within the limits of the Borough for any purpose whatsoever must, when filling in said excavation, adopt such methods as will place said street in as good condition as before said excavation was made.
Contractors, builders or other persons causing stone, brick, lumber, sand or other building materials to be dumped upon the roads or streets within the limits of this Borough shall confine said material within a space not exceeding 10 feet from the curbline.

A flashing amber light must be exposed between sunset and sunrise on all excavations or obstructions in the streets, roads or sidewalks within the limits of this Borough.

The penalty for violating any portion of this article shall be a fine of $50.
