No person shall drain, spill or deposit, or cause or permit to be drained, spilled or deposited, water from privately owned swimming pools upon any street or highway of the Borough of Riverton or any portion thereof.
It shall be permissible for a person to utilize the storm sewer facilities of the Borough of Riverton for the purpose of draining privately owned swimming pools, provided that such drainage shall be accomplished directly into the storm sewer facilities and not involve the spilling or dumping of water upon the streets and highways of the Borough of Riverton.
Any person who shall violate this article shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit and pay a fine not exceeding $25 or be committed to the county jail for a term not exceeding five days, or both, for each offense, as shall be determined by the Judge before whom such person shall be tried and convicted.
