A.
All trucks having a combined gross weight of vehicle plus load in excess of four tons shall be excluded from all streets within the borough except from those streets which form a part of the system of truck routes upon which such trucks are permitted to travel and operate as listed in Schedule VI (§ 123-28), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent such trucks
from making pickups or deliveries of merchandise or other property
along streets from which such trucks are excluded, or from excluding
trucks used by public utility companies for construction, installation,
operation or maintenance of public utility facilities in the borough
from any street in the borough.
