For the purposes of this code, the Borough of Riverton is hereby
divided into the following districts:
R4 Residence District 4; generally four-thousand-square foot
lots
R8 Residence District 8; generally eight-thousand-square foot
lots
R15 Residence District 15; generally fifteen-thousand-square
foot lots
GB General Business District
NB Neighborhood Business District
P Parks District
AH Affordable Housing District

The areas within the Borough limits are assigned to each district.
The location of boundaries of the districts established by this Code
are shown upon the Zoning Map[1] that is declared to be a part of this Code and shall be
kept on file with the Borough, which was prepared by Environmental
Resolutions, Inc., dated August 2019. Properties within the historic
areas are subject to all of the provisions of this chapter that apply
to the underlying zoning district in addition to the architectural
review.
