In any GB District, land, buildings or premises shall be used for one or more of the following:
A. 
General retail merchandise stores, including department stores, five-and-ten variety stores, general merchandise discount stores, drugstores and sporting goods stores.
B. 
Retail apparel and accessories stores, including shoe stores, furriers and custom tailors.
C. 
Retail furniture, home furnishing and equipment, including household appliance stores; hardware, paint and glass stores; and radio and television stores including services.
D. 
Retail stores, including supermarkets, bakeries and confectionery shops.
E. 
Eating establishments, including restaurants, lunch counters, delicatessens, tearooms, confectioneries or similar establishments serving food or beverages.
F. 
Retail shops, including camera, book, stationery, antique, musical supply, cosmetic, candy, flower, hobby, jewelry and leather and luggage shops.
G. 
Offices for the conduct of medical and other professions, real estate and insurance and banks, including branch banks, messenger or telegraph services and general and administrative offices.
H. 
Office business shops, with sales and services only.
I. 
Dry-cleaning, barber, beautician, shoe repair, laundromat and tailor shops.
J. 
Government offices serving the public, including a post office or other public or semipublic offices.
K. 
Theaters and opera houses.
L. 
Funeral parlors and mortuaries.
M. 
Libraries and museums.
N. 
Newspaper publishing and job printing.
O. 
Service and repair shops, including carpenter, cabinet making, furniture repair, plumbing or similar shop.
P. 
Office of a builder, carpenter, caterer, cleaner, contractor, decorator, electrician, furrier, mason, painter, plumber, roofer, upholsterer and similar non-nuisance businesses, excluding open storage of materials and excluding open storage of motor vehicles.
Q. 
Laboratory, dental and medical.
R. 
Catering establishment.
S. 
Business and instructional school, including trade school.
T. 
Dance studios.
U. 
Clubs and lodge halls for fraternal organizations and meeting places, public or private.
V. 
Rescue squads.
W. 
Social club and fraternal, social service, union or civic organizations.
X. 
Limited breweries as defined in Section 128-12 of the Code of the Borough of Riverton.

The following uses may be permitted as conditional uses when authorized by the Planning Board in accordance with the specifications and standards listed in Article XXI, Conditional Uses:
A. 
Automobile, boat and recreation vehicle sales agencies.
B. 
Automobile repair shops and gasoline service stations subject to the special regulations of this chapter.
C. 
Car-washing facility.
D. 
Restricted manufacturing.
E. 
Child-care center, preschool and day nursery school.
F. 
Telecommunications towers.
The following accessory uses shall be permitted: accessory uses on the same lot with and customarily incidental to the primary permitted use.
The following area and bulk regulations shall apply:
A. 
Minimum size lot: 8,000 square feet.
B. 
Minimum front yard: 20 feet.
C. 
Minimum side yard: 10 feet each, 25 feet total.
D. 
Minimum rear yard: 25% of total mean depth of lot.
E. 
Maximum building height: 35 feet.
F. 
Minimum frontage: 75 feet
G. 
Maximum lot coverage: 60%.
H. 
A twenty-foot landscaped buffer shall be provided where any commercial development abuts a residential zone or use.
All other applicable regulations of this code shall be followed as required.
