No person, firm, partnership or corporation
shall import, transport or bring into the Town of Stafford any spent
nuclear fuel or other radioactive waste for the purpose of storing
the same within the Township of Stafford.
No radioactive waste shall be held for storage
within the Township of Stafford, except that radioactive waste which
results from medical treatment may be stored on premises by a licensed
physician or hospital.
Nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit
the transportation of spent nuclear fuel, nuclear fuel or radioactive
waste through the Township of Stafford as authorized and sanctioned
by the federal government or the government of the State of New Jersey.
