Editor's Note: This chapter was amended 2-8-1993 by Ord.
No. 93-1 to change references from "Building Inspector" or "Municipal
Engineer" to "Sussex County Soil Conservation District"; furthermore,
this ordinance provided that whenever a performance guaranty bond
is required under the terms of the existing ordinance, the same shall
be in accordance with such standards and procedures as may be required
or authorized by the Sussex County Soil Conservation District. Ordinance
No. 03-33, adopted 10-16-2003, further amended Ord. No. 93-1 to transfer
jurisdiction for soil erosion and sedimentation issues for the construction
of a single-family dwelling unit (unless the unit is part of a proposed
subdivision, site plan, conditional use, zoning variance, planned
development or construction permit application involving two or more
such single-family dwellings), from the Sussex County Soil Conservation
District to the Township Engineer or Township Building Inspector,
repealing, in part, the provisions of Ord. No. 88-13 and Ord. No.
93-1 as same may be in conflict with Ord. No. 03-33.
