Editor's Note: Former Ch. 59, Construction
Code, Uniform, adopted 6-8-1977, as amended, was repealed by an ordinance
adopted 10-8-1980. Said ordinance of 10-8-1980 also provided that
the Township Committee, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:27D-119 et seq., and
N.J.A.C. 5:23-4.3, relinquish its jurisdiction for the administration
and enforcement of the Uniform Construction Code and transfer said
jurisdiction to the Department of Community Affairs of the State of
New Jersey.
