In addition to all other investigations required, the premises at which the licensed activity is to be conducted shall be inspected by the Chief of Police or a police officer designated by him to determine if there is adequate off-street parking available and that the licensed activity can be conducted without undue interference with vehicular or pedestrian traffic on public streets. The application shall also be investigated by the Building Inspector and a representative of the Board of Health to determine if the licensed activity can be conducted without endangering public health or safety. All such officials shall report the results of their investigations to the Township Clerk within 14 days.
Upon receiving the results of the investigations, the Township Clerk shall transmit them, together with the information contained in the application for the license, to the Township Committee.
