The Borough of Moosic is a municipal corporation
of Pennsylvania, existing pursuant to the Borough Code of Pennsylvania,
as amended.[1]

The purpose of this chapter is to combine several
previous resolutions, all dealing in part with material covered by
this overall chapter, and to include established policies dealing
with additional issues, making them a part of this chapter.
From and after the effective date of this chapter,
this chapter shall be referred to as the "Sewer Guidelines."
