Except as otherwise specified or provided for,
any violation of a mandatory provision of this chapter may subject
the violator to a fine of not more than $600, plus costs of prosecution,
and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to imprisonment
for not more than 30 days, as determined by the District Justice.
Each day shall constitute a separate offense
for any violation of any provision of this chapter.
