No cover, be it manhole or otherwise, from any
storm system or stormwater system or sewer system located in the Borough
of Moosic shall be removed by any person other than appropriate Borough
officials, employees or their designees.
Any individual who shall violate any provision
of the article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, and, in
default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for a term
not to exceed 30 days.
