Article I Housing Authority

§ 2-1 Findings; establishment.

Whereas there exists in the town a shortage of safe, sanitary dwellings available for elderly persons of low income at a rental which they can afford and whereas it is hereby determined that a Housing Authority is needed for the provision of housing for elderly persons of low income, now, therefore, it is hereby voted that the Dennis Housing Authority be hereby organized and established under the provisions of MGL C. 121B, § 3, and acts in amendments thereof and in addition thereof.
