In the Dennis Annual Report, the Town Counsel shall each year provide
to the citizens of Dennis a report of all legal department activities for
the year he/she deems appropriate. It shall report every lawsuit against the
Town that is filed, pending or decided during the year identifying the involved
board, commission or Town authority from which the case originates and each
suit be given a distinctive number which identifies the year filed. In those
cases concluded or decided, the report shall clearly indicate whether or not
the Town was successful in defending the original position of that board,
commission or Town authority and the total cost related to such case.
