The Select Board Members of the town shall be
authorized to sell by public sale any property which the town may
acquire by the foreclosure tax titles.

The time and place of such public sales shall
be duly advertised by the aforesaid Select Board Members, and the
terms of such sales shall be publicly stated by them.
