The Select Board may, after a duly called public
hearing, adopt rules and regulations for the public safety, protection
and health of persons using the waterways, moorings, mooring areas,
docks, marinas or other related facilities under the jurisdiction
of the Town of Dennis, and such rules and regulations shall impose
a fine not exceeding $300 for a violation of any rules and regulations
promulgated by the Select Board under this authority and the Home
Rules Procedure Act.[1]
