The Selectmen are instructed to lease the presently
owned Town slips at Sesuit Harbor to boat owners who are real estate
taxpayers or registered voters of the Town of Dennis, Massachusetts,
beginning with the 1973 boating season (May 1 to November 1) at a
seasonal minimum fee of one hundred forty dollars ($140.) per slip
for all boats up to and including twenty (20) feet of overall length
and seven dollars ($7.) per foot for boats of twenty-one (21) feet
of overall length and over.
