[Adopted 3-5-1969 ATM, Art. 54]
No person shall, between the hours of 8:00 p.m.
and 8:00 a.m., set up on any property, public or private, without
the written permission of the owner, a camp or a tent or sleep in
the open without the written permission of the owner on any property,
public or private, within the territorial limits of the Town of Dennis.
Any person violating this bylaw shall be punished
by a fine of not more than $50 for each offense.
