The owner of any building or other premises which, due to its location,
construction, character or occupancy or the manner of conducting business
therein or thereupon, requires automatic fire-detection equipment shall have
such equipment inspected by a certified technician once each year, and a copy
of the inspection results shall be forwarded to the head of the Fire Department.

Any person violating this bylaw shall be punished by a fine of not more
than $300 for each offense.
