[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Meeting of the Town of

It shall be unlawful for any person to consume alcoholic beverages on
public highways or in public parking places including vehicles thereon, within
the Town of Eastham.
[Amended 3-5-1969 ATM by Art. 40]
Whoever violates the provisions of this bylaw shall be fined in an amount
not exceeding $300 for each offense.
[Adopted 2-18-1964 ATM by Art. 46]
It shall be unlawful for any person who has not attained the age of
21 years to consume or have in his or her possession alcoholic beverages in
public places within the Town of Eastham.
