Garbage, rubbish and refuse — See Ch. 90.
It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, dump or deposit any trash, junk or other refuse upon the land or property of another without the written consent first had and obtained of the owner or to throw, dump or deposit any trash, junk or other refuse upon any public street of the City of Glenarden.

Violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a municipal infraction and shall be punishable by a fine of $100 per violation payable to the municipality by the person charged in the citation within 20 calendar days of the summons. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
“No dumping” signs shall be erected on certain streets to read: NO DUMPING VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED.
