§ 215-1 Adoption of standards. [1]

Pursuant to § 5.01 of Article 66B of the Annotated Code of Maryland, as amended, the Land Subdivision Ordinance of Kent County, Maryland, adopted December 23, 1969, consisting of the text thereof entitled "Land Subdivision Ordinance of Kent County, Maryland," as amended 8-7-1984, 2-19-1985 and 4-12-1988, be and is hereby readopted with amendments.[2]
