A. 
The Borough of Chester is hereby authorized to enter into an amendment to the joint agreement with the Township of Chester and the Chester Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 for the furnishing of fire protection and ambulance and first-aid services within said municipalities.
B. 
A copy of the amendment to the agreement is on file and open to public inspection at the offices of the Borough Clerk, Chester Borough, Municipal Building, Main Street, Chester, New Jersey.

A. 
An agreement has been proposed under which the Borough of Chester and the County of Morris in cooperation with other municipalities will establish an Interlocal Services Program pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:8A-1, and it is in the best interest of the Borough of Chester to enter into such an agreement.
B. 
The agreement, entitled "Agreement Between the County of Morris and Certain Municipalities Located Therein for the Establishment of a Cooperative Means of Conducting Certain Community Development Activities," a copy of which is on file in the Clerk's office, be executed by the Mayor and Council in accordance with the provisions of the law.

A. 
The Township of Washington and Chester Borough desire to join together in a proposed agreement whereby the Township of Washington will provide a senior citizen transportation service within the municipalities, with the costs of operating same to be shared proportionately among the participating municipalities, and it is in the best interests of the Township of Washington and Chester Borough to enter into said agreement.
B. 
The aforesaid Interlocal Services Agreement is hereby approved and a copy shall be available for public inspection at the office of the Borough Clerk, during regular business hours of the municipal offices. The execution of the agreement by the Mayor and Borough Clerk is hereby authorized.

A. 
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5), the Mayor or his designee is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperative Pricing Agreement with the Lead Agency[1] or any other contracting unit within the County of Morris or adjoining counties for the purchase of work, materials and supplies.

B. 
The Lead Agency entering into contracts on behalf of the Borough of Chester shall be responsible for complying with the provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and all other provisions of the revised statutes of the State of New Jersey.

It is ordained by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Chester in the County of Morris and State of New Jersey, that the agreement entitled "Agreement Between the County of Morris and Certain Municipalities Located Therein Establishing a Cooperative Means of Conducting Certain Community Development Activities," a copy of which is on file in the Clerk's office, shall be executed by the Mayor and the Clerk in accordance with the provisions of the law.
