Games of chance duly licensed and operated in accordance with the provisions
of Title 5, Chapter 80, Section 50, et seq. of the New Jersey Statutes, also
known as the "Raffles Licensing Law," and in accordance with the provisions
of N.J.A.C. 13:47-6.8 may be held, operated or conducted in the Borough of
Chester on the first day of the week, commonly known as Sunday.
