Any person, firm, entity or corporation found to be violating any provision of Articles I, II or III shall be served with a written notice stating the nature of the violation. Upon being so notified, the offender shall, within five days receipt of said notice, correct or remove all such violations. Failure to do so shall subject the offender to the penalty provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III, General Penalty. Each date that said violation shall continue shall constitute a separate violation.
