This chapter shall be entitled "An Act to Provide for Off-Track Pari-Mutuel
Betting Within the Territorial Limits of the City of Gloversville."
The City of Gloversville is hereby authorized to conduct off-track pari-mutuel
betting within the territorial limits of the City of Gloversville and to request
the New York State Off-Track Pari-Mutuel Betting Commission to approve the
City of Gloversville as a participating municipality.
The City of Gloversville shall adopt general rules and regulations,
consistent with the Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law establishing
and governing the permitted method or methods of operation of the system of
off-track pari-mutuel betting.
