As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PERSON or PERSONS
One or more individuals.
STAND or LOITER
To linger, to delay, to be dilatory or to refuse to disperse after given an order to by the law enforcement officers of the Borough of Monaca.
Any person or persons who shall stand or loiter upon any of the public streets, sidewalks or corners of streets within the Borough of Monaca to the annoyance and inconvenience of persons passing by or along said streets, sidewalks or corners of streets shall be in violation of this chapter.

Any person or persons violating the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article II, Code Enforcement.
